Scott Bog

Great Vacationing spot, very secluded, beautiful body of water in very picturesque area of northern New Hampshire. Fishing allowed, but only fly fishing. Says Robert McClellan

There's a good 309-foot drop to enjoy at the nearby ski resort Blue Hills. Blue Hills gets covered by 5 feet of snow per year, and has 5 different ski lifts serving the 8 slopes. Blue Hills is a good ski resort, everyone loves it. 75% of the slopes are beginner and intermediate and
suitable for kids and novices. The rest of the 60 acres of skiing territory, 25%, consists of demanding slopes. The top of Everett Hill is easily distinguished from Scott Bog, and Canoe River Campground is a good local campground.
