So many exciting things to do at Sawyer Pond, so little time. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Waterville Valley, and Sawyer Pond is right by the Sawyer Pond Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is magnificent on Swift River, and the Livermore Trail offers hiking at its best. All year is a great time in the White Mountains if you have a thing about the       outdoors. If you're keen on cool geologic marks, try Greens Cliff, of course you could also explore Church Ponds while you're here; it's not far at all. This location is so good, just explore all the amusing things to do near Sawyer Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Sawyer Pond is not the only location close by, Little Sawyer Pond is a close by lake, and if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Carrigain Brook. So much enjoyable stuff to do here in                  the White Mountains, too wonderful to be true. Sawyer River has a perfect whitewater paddling spot close by, and Seasons at Attitash is a great place to get some rest. Through the summertime months highs here at Sawyer Pond reach the 70's, and the overnight is slightly cooler of course, commonly in the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with temperatures at Sawyer Pond dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. From a rain point of view Sawyer Pond is a relatively common site; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. A tremendous location to camp here at Sawyer Pond is Pass Campground, and the vista of pretty Birch Hill is delightful. Really perfect skiing awaits you at Attitash Bear Peak, and hiking along the Brunel Trail is good fun. Camping at Passaconaway Campground is always a good experience, and dry warm beds await you at Attitash Grand Summit Hotel and Conference Center.
