This lake is one of the great places here in the White Mountains. But wait, there's more exciting things to do in the White Mountains. While you're here at Sargents Pond you can play some golf at Kingswood Golf Club. Stay the night at Willey Brook Campground; Brewster Beach is pretty nearby if you're in a beach type of mood. Having a tremendous time in the White Mountains is easy.       On a great day at Sargents Pond you can take a hike along the Hammond Trail, and a glorious sight of pretty Bennett Hill is available. And if you're still looking for more outdoors entertaining things just keep reading. If you need a site to stay Wolfeboro Inn is a delightful choice, and if you want to hit the beach, Allen Albee Beach is around here. Sargents Pond is a wet location that gets a great deal of rainfall; November is the month that gets the most                  rain, and the driest month is January. There is a great hiking trail near Sargents Pond called the Piper Trail, and Cold Brook has a splendid whitewater paddling spot close by. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool stuff the White Mountains has to offer. You have to visit Fernalds Basin when you're here at Sargents Pond, and naturally Harvey Brook flows through this neighborhood. At Sargents Pond through the months of summer highs are in the 70's. Through the moonlight hours it's frequently in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Sargents Pond temperatures plunge to the 0's. Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! Sargents Pond is so good! A wonderful close by hotel is Rodeway Inn Moultonborough; if you're going to from Laconia, you won't be the only one. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Sargents Pond has to offer, you can camp at Wolfeboro Campground; why not head up to King Pine and strap some skis to your feet. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Abenaki, and if you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Lovell River. This lake is so wonderful.
