great day at Round Pond you can take a hike along the Onemile Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Lake Opechee Inn and Spa.
Get yourself into a kayak and hit Suncook River, and the Catamount Trail is a glorious hiking trail
nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Gunstock is a great local ski area, and there is a great hiking trail close by called the Butterworth Trail. Round Pond is a site with many visitors from Laconia.
