If you like skiing, you're in luck; Whaleback is near Rollins Pond, and get dripping wet paddling on Sugar River. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Rodeway Inn Claremont; if the weather is nice, you can go for a hike along the Slot Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Cutts Brook is a pleasant site to explore, and going for a hike along the Futures Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this       region. Rollins Pond gets a common amount of precipitation; most of the rain falls during August, and February is the month with the least moisture. Float down the rapids of Croyden Brook in a kayak, and camping is available at Crows Nest Campground. If you need a location to stay Best Western Sunapee Lake Lodge is a perfect choice, and you can have a great hiking adventure along the Monadnock Sunapee Trail. The peak of Calls Hill can be distinguished                  from Rollins Pond, and a day on the slopes of Mount Sunapee is just what you need. You think that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Camping at Crow's Nest The is always a great experience; not far from Rollins Pond you get some great water scenery at Professor Dam. All through the warm months here at Rollins Pond, high temperatures usually get into the 80's, and the night is a tad cooler of course, usually in the 50's.
