If you like lakes and you're in this part of New Hampshire you can check out Red Hill Pond. Red Hill Pond is a good location of normal precipitation; August is the wettest month with most rain, and February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. A lake close by is Little Pond, and Bearcamp River is a great whitewater spot close by. During the months of summer at Red Hill Pond temperatures are frequently in the 70's.
