This lake is so wonderful. The Marlboro Trail offers hiking at its best, and if you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Minnewawa River. Potters Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Woodbrook Camp and Tennis Club is a great local campground, and enjoy a round of golf at Shattuck       Golf Course. A normal amount of precipitation falls here at Potters Pond; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. Having a great time at Potters Pond is trouble-free. You can never get enough of the tremendous skiing at Pine Ridge, and after a long day outdoors E.F. Lane Hotel is a glorious spot to spend a night or two. So much amusing stuff in the neighborhood of Potters Pond, truly extraordinary.                  Potters Pond is right by the Red Cross Trail; if you're here, you could also pop by wonderful Scott Pond. Fassett Brook is in the neighborhood of Potters Pond and is always a diversion to visit; dry warm beds await you at Best Western Sovereign Hotel. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp State Line Campground is a glorious place to do that, also Scott Pond Dam is worth stopping at if you're here. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Crotched Mountain while you're here, and you'll come across a beautiful lake called Perkins Pond. Ashuelot River - South Branch is a tremendous whitewater spot next to Potters Pond. Why not take a refreshing hike along the White Arrow Trail; the panorama of beautiful Cubleigh Hill is great. Summertime highs at Potters Pond regularly tend to be in the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Potters Pond plunge into the 0's.   E.F.
