Really magnificent skiing awaits you at Living Memorial Park, and the great people of Keene like to hang out nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Hubner Pond is a nearby lake that you could take a look at, and Ashuelot River is a splendid whitewater spot close by. Pinnacle Pond is a wet location that       gets a large amount of precipitation; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is February. You just have to fancy Pinnacle Pond. A golf course in the neighborhood of Pinnacle Pond is Pine Grove Spring Country Club, and after a long day outdoors Ramada Hotel and Conference Center of Brattleboro is a good place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. If you don't mind getting soaked, you can                  always go whitewater paddling on Ashuelot River. Through the long summer days at Pinnacle Pond temperatures are commonly in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Pinnacle Pond. If you came to camp Camp Spofford is a delightful place to do that; close by you discover the Sunrise Trail which is a good hiking trail.
