Go to Philbrick Pond if you want to go to a nice lake. There are swamps here too; Great Meadows is nearby, and after a long day outdoors Best Western Seabrook Inn is a splendid place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Philbrick Pond is a reasonably wet place commonly with a great deal of precipitation; during November this area sees the most rain; January is when it's the driest. You can run the rapids of Great Works River close to Philbrick Pond, and you'll find a wonderful lake called Muddy Pond. Pond is a good place to explore. Now, you may feel that's a heap but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here at Philbrick Pond. The Inn & Conference Center Of Exeter is a glorious site to get some rest. There's so much to do
here at Philbrick Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Exeter Elms Family Campground is a pleasant place for that. All through the summertime months at Philbrick Pond temperatures are usually in the 80's. During the dark hours
of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. All through the winter the highs are frequently in the 30's; night lows at Philbrick Pond through the wintertime regularly fall into the 10's. Exeter River is a magnificent spot to stop at, and there's whitewater on Atlantic Ocean for all you thrill seekers.
