    Beautiful Perley Pond has much to offer visitors. Summertime highs at Perley Pond frequently tend to be in the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures sink down into the 50's. All through the wintertime the highs are regularly in the 20's with temperatures at Perley Pond dipping down into the 0's through winter nights. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Butterworth Trail, and Opechee Bay Tract is a great forest area nearby. And  
   if you're still looking for more outdoors entertaining stuff just keep reading. Winnipesaukee River has a pleasant whitewater paddling spot nearby, and Perley Pond is a delightful place to camp, Basin Campground - White Mountain National Forest is a delightful place.
And if that's not enough, there's lots more to do near Perley Pond. Enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Endicott Park Beach; tremendous hiking is available along the Rattlesnake Trail. So many amusing
 
               things in the White Mountains, just extraordinary. If you need a location to stay 1848 Inn & Motor Resort is a good choice. Nothing beats kicking back at Gilford Beach; you can stay the night at Cold River - White Mountain National Forest.
Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the White Mountains. You'll meet a lot of people from Laconia here; a round of golf at nearby Laconia Country Club is a great way to kill some time. This lake is so wonderful. Really brilliant skiing awaits you at Gunstock, and dry warm beds await you at Lake Opechee Inn and Spa. All the water falling down from the sky makes Perley Pond a wet spot; November is the month that gets the most rain, and the driest month is February.
All year is a great time in the White Mountains if you like the outdoors. Abenaki has good slopes and a friendly staff; the scenery at Lakeport Dam is pretty. Not far from Perley Pond you stumble on Cass Point, and hey, Black Brook is a pleasant local stream. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Perley Pond; Pasture Trail is a magnificent local trail; you'll hit upon a delightful lake called Opechee Bay Reservoir.
This lake is one of the great places here in the White Mountains.
