Perkins Pond is a nice lake to visit. This location is unbeatable, just explore all the exciting things to do near Perkins Pond. Stay the night at Loon Lake Campground, and Lebanon Days Inn is a wonderful location to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. There are magnificent sites to discover along the Monadnock Sunapee Trail; if you're dropping by from Lebanon, you won't be the only one. Perkins Pond is not the only place close by, Wendall Marsh is a close

| | by lake, and in case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Sugar River. This lake is so wonderful. Don't leave Perkins Pond without first going for a hike along the Wilmot Trail. There's so much to do here at Perkins Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Rand Pond Campground is a good location for that. So much enjoyable stuff to do at Perkins Pond, so little time. and if you need a place to stay Best Western Sunapee Lake Lodge is a splendid choice. A glorious spot for whitewater paddling near Perkins Pond is Croyden Brook, and nothing beats kicking back at State Park Beach. Perkins Pond
is a good site of normal rain; August is the month that gets the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Hit the beach if you want, Dewey Beach is practically right here, and a day on the slopes of Whaleback
is just what you need. You could also stop by The Overflow Reservoir while you're here at Perkins Pond; it's nearby, and Ledge Pond Brook is one of the streams close by that might be worth going to. The sight of charming Cemetery
Hill near Perkins Pond is glorious. High temperatures at Perkins Pond during the warmest time of the year are in the 80's with overnight lows in the 50's. Through the wintertime highs are usually in the 20's with temperatures at Perkins
Pond dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. Wendall Marsh Dam is a place that is next to Perkins Pond, and why not head up to Mount Sunapee and strap some skis to your feet.
