Why not stop by Perch Pond if you're passing through these parts. During the summertime here at Perch Pond, high temperatures mostly reach the 70's while nighttime lows are commonly in the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 20's; night lows in the 0's for Perch Pond. So much cool stuff to do here in the White Mountains, too delightful to be true. Good hiking is available along the Prospect Trail, and if you don't mind getting covered with

| | water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Beebe River. This lake is so wonderful. Ryan Brook is in close proximity to Perch Pond and is always a bliss to check out, and why not head up to Waterville Valley and strap some skis to your feet. This lake is located in the wonderful White Mountains. White Oak Motel is a magnificent site to get some rest, and camping is available at Bethel woods Campground. a thing about the outdoors. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Tenney Mountain; whitewater paddling is delightful on Mad River. Man, is there plenty of enjoyable things to do in the White Mountains.
Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always stop by nearby Little Perch Pond; a golf course nearby is Highland Links Golf Club. There's great hiking along the The Wall Trail, and The Button is beautiful and can be spotted
from here. If you came for an overnight stay Branch Brook Fourseason Campground is a great place to camp, and don't leave Perch Pond without first going for a hike along the Cascade Trail. There's just no way somebody can get
bored here at Perch Pond. This lake is so wonderful. A glorious nearby hotel is Boulders Motel & Cottages, and at Perch Pond you always meet someone from Laconia. Perch Pond gets a normal amount of yearly precipitation; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is the month with the least moisture.
