This lake is so wonderful. There's always Pequawket Power Company Dam to visit next to Pequawket Pond, unsurprisingly you could also pop by Snake Pond while you're here; it's not far at all. Grove Brook is a lovely stream that is worth visiting, and why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like North Conway Country Club. What a place this is for outdoors folks. Whitewater paddling is not for       everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Swift River; a pleasant place to camp here at Pequawket Pond is Saco Valley Canoe. This lake is so wonderful. A glorious nearby hotel is Merrill Farm Resort, and King Pine is a great local ski area. Pequawket Pond truly is in the middle of a striking outdoors paradise. On a nice day at Pequawket Pond you can take a hike along the Bruce Path. Get your heart beating on the fine whitewater of Saco River - East Branch,                  and the Shingle Pond Trail is a glorious hiking trail nearby. These mountains rock, just check out all the fun stuff to do in the White Mountains. Nearby lakes? Sure, Pea Porridge Pond is near Pequawket Pond, and why not camp at Camp Tohkomeupog since you're here at Pequawket Pond. The White Mountains scenery is always beautiful. Summer at Pequawket Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Summer night lows fall down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's; winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Pequawket Pond. The high level of rain makes Pequawket Pond a relatively wet site; most of the rain falls through November, and the driest month of the year is September.
