This is a popular place for folks from Concord; tremendous water scenery is available at Eastman Falls Dam near Pemigewasset River Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. If you like skiing, you're in luck; Ragged Mountain is in the vicinity of Pemigewasset River Reservoir, and camping at Thousand Aces Family Campground is always a great experience. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a       hike on the Wilmot Trail is always a wonderful adventure, and a magnificent close by hotel is Dairy King Motel. The annual rainfall here at Pemigewasset River Reservoir is about average; through May this area sees the most rain while January is frequently the driest month. Why not explore close by Cate Brook if you're here at Pemigewasset River Reservoir, and Pemigewasset River Reservoir is great enough to spend more than a day at, Pine Grove Campground                  is a great local campground. That right there is heaps already, but it continues; Pemigewasset River Reservoir has it all. A round of golf at nearby Mojalaki Golf Club is a good way to kill some time, and get your pulse rate up on the great whitewater of Merrimack River. Tenney Mountain is a great local ski area; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Winnipesaukee River. This is no location for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. Pemigewasset River Reservoir is located in the White Mountains. So much fun stuff to do in the White Mountains, not sufficient time. Go for a hike on the Melton Falls Trail, of course you could also stop by Webster Lake and Chance Pond if you're here; it's not far at all. Through the warmest time of the year at Pemigewasset River Reservoir temperatures are mostly in the 80's, and the night is somewhat chillier of course, usually in the 50's. All through the winter this place gets highs in the 20's while Pemigewasset River Reservoir night low temperatures all through the wintertime are in the 0's. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the White Mountains.
