You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors cool stuff the area in the neighborhood of Pawtuckaway Pond has to offer. Stay the night at Pine Acres Recreation, and after a long day outdoors The Exeter Inn is a great location to spend a night or two. Going for a hike on the Campground Trail is always a glorious adventure, and swamps like Burnhams Marshes close to Pawtuckaway       Pond make for nice spots to stop by. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Pawtuckaway Pond while overnight lows are mostly in the 50's. During the winter the highs are regularly in the 30's; overnight lows in the 10's for Pawtuckaway Pond. Lakes are nice; Pawtuckaway Pond is a lake that's right next door to Pawtuckaway Pond, and in the event that you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Suncook River. Go for a hike on the Catamount                  Trail, and Pawtuckaway Pond is a tremendous location to visit for more than one day, Pine Acres Family Campground is a tremendous location to camp nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Pawtuckaway Pond, you'll hit upon Pawtuckaway Pond which is a striking lake; dry warm beds await you at New England Center. This lake is so wonderful. A nice spot for whitewater paddling close to Pawtuckaway Pond is Little Suncook; the sight of Kennard Hill is picturesque. And that's not all you can do here at Pawtuckaway Pond. Bradford is a tremendous local ski area. Pawtuckaway Pond is a wet place that gets a lot of rain; during the month of November you get the most rain around here, and the driest month is January. There are great places to look at along the Broken Boulder Smith Pond Trail, and Fundy Cove is in close proximity and always splendid to take a look at.   The Exeter Inn, Exeter 13 miles away PEA and Downtown Brentood Kingstead New Market.
