If you like lakes and you're in this part of New Hampshire you can check out Parker Reservoir. Hiking along the Clark Pond Loop is brilliant fun, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit close by Fletcher Reservoir. Hit the slopes at Whaleback around here, and Parker Reservoir is great enough to spend more than a day at, Storrs Pond Recreation Area is a great local campground. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. A splendid place to camp here at Parker Reservoir is Rest N' Nest Campground, and
the scenery at Upper Reservoir Dam is beautiful. Summer at Parker Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 70's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 20's,
and nighttime lows in the-10's for Parker Reservoir. Dry warm beds await you at The Trumbull House Bed And Breakfast; you can have a perfect hiking adventure along the Grimes Hill Road.
From Parker Reservoir you get a delightful
view of Balch Hill; if you need a place to stay Pierce's Inn is a tremendous choice. An afternoon playing golf at Hanover Country Club is always a joy; if you're here at Parker Reservoir, checking out Velvet Rocks is a must.
