Very charming scenery and brilliant skiing is what you get at Mount Sunapee, and here at Otter Pond you can distinguish Brown Hill. Get your heart beating on the fine whitewater of Sugar River, and while here here do pop by nearby Dewey Beach. This lake is so wonderful. Throughout the winter highs are in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime at Otter Pond temperatures sink to the 0's. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Croyden Brook, and you can stay the night at Loon Lake Campground. This lake is so wonderful. since you're here at Otter Pond; on a glorious day you can take a hike along the Monadnock Sunapee Trail. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Otter Pond has to offer, you can camp at Rand Pond Campground, and there
is a tremendous hiking trail nearby called the Wilmot Trail. Otter Pond gets a common amount of precipitation; August is the wettest month with most rain, and the driest month is February. You just can't envision the amount of outdoors
exciting things the area near Otter Pond has to offer. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Whaleback since you're here. Lakes? Sure, Baptist Pond is in the vicinity. If you're interested in hydro structures,
you can go to Otter Pond Dam; if you need a place to stay Dexter's Inn & Tennis Club is a good choice. And that's not all you can do here at Otter Pond. Near Otter Pond you stumble on the West Ridge Trail which is a splendid hiking trail.
