Through the summertime highs here at Otter Brook Lake get into the 80's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's while Otter Brook Lake nighttime low temperatures throughout the wintertime are in the 0's. Having a fine time at Otter Brook Lake is trouble-free. A short spree to Beaver Brook Falls is always worthwhile; a golf course close by is       Bretwood Golf Course. Coach House Motel & Cottages is a tremendous spot to get some rest; nearby you hit upon the Farmers Trail which is a pleasant hiking trail. There's so much to do here at Otter Brook Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Hilltop Camp is a magnificent site for that, and some out of the ordinary geology is available here, The Pinnacle is right here. This lake is so wonderful. From Otter Brook Lake you get a brilliant view of Bald                  Hill, and swing by Ferry Brook it's a brilliant place to stop by. If you came to camp Surry Mountain Camp Ground is a wonderful place to do that; after a long day outdoors E F Lane Hotel is a splendid spot to spend a night or two. The annual rainfall here at Otter Brook Lake is about average; August is when you get the most rain here while February is ordinarily the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. The Marlboro Trail is a good hiking trail next to Otter Brook Lake, and Minnewawa River is a perfect whitewater spot nearby. Otter Brook Dam has glorious water scenery and it's next to Otter Brook Lake, and during your trip here you'll meet some people from Keene for sure. So many entertaining things in close proximity to Otter Brook Lake, clearly fantastic. Going for a hike on the White Arrow Trail is always a pleasant adventure.
