Ossipee Lake is a nice lake to visit. The high level of precipitation makes Ossipee Lake a reasonably wet spot; November is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is September. Get your heart pumping on the delightful whitewater of Cold Brook; on a perfect day you can take a hike along the White Ledge Trail. And that's not all there is to do here in the White Mountains. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you

| | then we recommend Lovell River; Merrill Farm Resort is a wonderful place to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Luxury Mountain Getaways, and why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Indian Mound Golf Club. Ossipee Lake is located in the White Mountains. close by. Just can't get enough of the White Mountains. Not far from Ossipee Lake, you'll discover Duck Pond which is a gorgeous lake, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Weetamoo Trail. Everybody close by loves
skiing at King Pine; Bearcamp River is one of the streams close by that might be worth checking out. Just can't get enough of Ossipee Lake. There are other spots here than Ossipee Lake, for example Heath Pond, and if you came
for an overnight stay Deer Cap Campgrounds is a magnificent spot to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Danforth Bay Camping Resort is a fine local campground, and the slopes of Abenaki are so inviting noone can resist. All through the
summer at Ossipee Lake temperatures are regularly in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 50's. All through the winter the highs are ordinarily in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Ossipee Lake are in the 0's.
