There's so much to do here at Ossipee Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Deer Cap Campgrounds is a brilliant place for that; the White Ledge Trail is a wonderful hiking trail nearby. This lake is located in the wonderful White Mountains. A good deal of rainfall falls at Ossipee Lake; November is the month that gets the most rain while September is regularly the driest month. Life's too short to enjoy all the entertaining       things near Ossipee Lake. That right there is lots of fun stuff already but it goes on, the White Mountains has it all. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always have a look at nearby Duck Pond, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; King Pine is pretty near. Lakes? Sure, Heath Pond is around here; Ossipee Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Danforth Bay Camping Resort is a good local campground.
