Opechee Bay Reservoir is one of the lakes here in the White Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Basin Campground - White Mountain National Forest is a glorious location to camp, and if you need a site to stay The Landmark Inn is a good choice. This lake is so wonderful. Near Opechee Bay Reservoir you hit upon the Pasture Trail which is a great       hiking trail, and a day at stunning Gilford Beach next to Opechee Bay Reservoir is a perfect thing to do. Be careful coming to the White Mountains, you might not ever want to return home again. Here at Opechee Bay Reservoir there are plenty of people from Laconia, and at Avery Dam near Opechee Bay Reservoir there are some attention-grabbing things to see. Time spent at Endicott Park Beach close to Opechee Bay Reservoir is always great, and the trees of Opechee                  Bay Tract are a brilliant source of shade on hot summer days. And if that's not enough, there's heaps more to do in the vicinity of Opechee Bay Reservoir. Cass Point is close by and always great to stop at, and Lake Opechee Inn and Spa is a good spot to get some rest. Throughout the summertime highs here at Opechee Bay Reservoir get into the 80's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Opechee Bay Reservoir are in the 0's. You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff in the White Mountains. Cold River - White Mountain National Forest is a tremendous local campground. A glorious spot for whitewater paddling close to Opechee Bay Reservoir is Winnipesaukee River; if the weather is glorious, you can go for a hike along the Rattlesnake Trail. Do pop by Sargent Lake close to Opechee Bay Reservoir, it's a scenic lake, and you can hit the slopes at Abenaki nearby. That right there is loads of fun things already but it goes on, the White Mountains has it all. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Lake View Golf Club is close by, and the Butterworth Trail is a fine hiking trail nearby. If only every spot had this much outdoors fun things, what a great earth it would be. Black Brook is in the neighborhood of Opechee Bay Reservoir and is always a diversion to explore, and there's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Gunstock.
