What a nice lake Old Wilton Reservoir is. The best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by Crotched Mountain; there are plenty of people from Manchester-Nashua here. Paddling on Stony Brook is so much fun. It's a perfect idea to check out Blood Brook, it's close to Old Wilton Reservoir; after a long day outdoors Milford Motor Motel is a good spot to spend a night or two. driest of the months is September. Stockwell Brook Dam is worth a visit if you're here. Lakes? Sure, New Wilton Reservoir is nearby. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Old Wilton Reservoir
has to offer, you can camp at Echo Valley, and there is a brilliant hiking trail nearby called the Wapack Trail. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Old Wilton Reservoir. There's so much to do here at Old Wilton Reservoir
that you need to camp here for a while, Wildwood Campground is a delightful place for that, and on a great day you can take a hike along the Mitchell Hill Road. A wonderful nearby hotel is Chalet Susse International, and going for a hike on the Old Country Road is always a good adventure.
