Dry River has a great whitewater paddling spot nearby; there's a forest here called White Mountain National Forest. From a rain point of view Norcross Pond is a quite typical place; the month of August is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. So many enjoyable things to do here at Norcross Pond, too fine to be true. Lakes? Sure, Ethan Pond is in close proximity.       This lake is so wonderful. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Waterville Valley while you're here, and after a long day outdoors Seasons at Attitash is a pleasant place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Put some time aside to spend at Nancy Cascades if you're here at Norcross Pond, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always take a look at close by Nancy Pond. If you don't mind getting soaked, you can                  always go whitewater paddling on Sawyer River, and if you came for an overnight stay Passaconaway Campground is a brilliant site to camp. What would winter be without some skiing at Bretton Woods, and at Norcross Pond you can catch a glimpse of Mount Anderson. If you adore the outdoors, you'll have a thing about Norcross Pond. Why not camp at Dry River Campground if you're here at Norcross Pond, and close by you stumble on the Signal Ridge Trail which is a splendid hiking trail. This lake is located in the wonderful White Mountains. And that's not everything you can do here in the White Mountains. The Carrigain Notch Trail is a brilliant hiking trail close to Norcross Pond, and unsurprisingly, A journey to Carrigain Notch is always fun.
