Dry warm beds await you at Pleasant View Bed & Breakfast, and hiking along the Melton Falls Trail is tremendous fun. Newfound River Reservoir gets a common amount of rainfall; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is January. For the duration of the warmest time of the year, highs mostly are in the 80's at Newfound River Reservoir. For the period of       the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 20's, and winter nights come with lows in the 0's to Newfound River Reservoir. Newfound River Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the White Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is tremendous here at Newfound River Reservoir, you can go for a hike along the Holt Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then,                  we recommend Pemigewasset River. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors enjoyable things the area near Newfound River Reservoir has to offer. There are some great whitewater spots on Newfound River River, and Ragged Mountain is a very popular ski area in close proximity. Davidson's Countryside Campground is a great campground here, and a spree to nearby Pasquaney Bay is very relaxing. From Newfound River Reservoir you acquire a wonderful panorama of Hemp Hill, and if you came for an overnight stay Blueberry Shores Campground is a great location to camp. This site, the White Mountains, has so much outdoors amusing things. There's some out of the ordinary stuff to see at International Packings Corporation Upper Dam right next door to Newfound River Reservoir, and if you need a site to stay Whip O Will Motel & Cottages is a wonderful choice. This lake is so wonderful. Do take a look at Ayer Island Station Pond right next door to Newfound River Reservoir, it's a scenic lake, and going for a hike along the Manning Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. And that's not all you can do here at Newfound River Reservoir. There are plenty of folks from Concord here at Newfound River Reservoir. If you have a thing about the outdoors you'll have a thing about it here in the White Mountains.
