Hiking is a popular thing to do around Nancy Pond; Signal Ridge Trail is a good local trail; a splendid close by hotel is Omni Mount Washington Resort. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the White Mountains. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Nancy Pond has to offer, you can camp at Dry River Campground, and skiing at Waterville Valley is one of those things you just must do. During the summer months highs here at Nancy       Pond reach the 70's with night lows in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's, and overnight lows in the 0's for Nancy Pond. A lake close by is Norcross Pond, and you can run the rapids of Dry River. It's always good to stop at Nancy Cascades, and don't leave Nancy Pond without first going for a hike along the Carrigain Notch Trail. Nancy Pond is one of the lakes here in the White Mountains. Any time is a nice time at Nancy Pond if you                  go for the outdoors. There's whitewater on Sawyer River for all you adrenaline people, and White Mountain National Forest is a great forest vicinity close by. There's so much to do here at Nancy Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Passaconaway Campground is a great site for that, and if you need a spot to stay Seasons at Attitash is a great choice. This lake is so wonderful. You could also stop at Little Sawyer Pond while you're here at Nancy Pond; it's close by, and good hiking is available along the Mount Bemis Trail. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Nancy Pond. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Bretton Woods while you're here. A common amount of rainfall falls here at Nancy Pond; during the month of August you get the most rain around here; February is the month with the least moisture. All the outdoors exciting things in the White Mountains will keep you coming back over and over.
