Summertime highs at Mud Pond generally tend to be in the 80's with night lows in the 50's. Get yourself       into a kayak and hit Suncook River; if you came for an overnight stay Circle 9 Ranch Campground is a splendid spot to camp. Pleasant Lake is a perfect lake near Mud Pond; dry warm beds await you at Red Roof Inn Loudon. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Blake's Brook Campground if you're here at Mud Pond, and the slopes of McIntyre are so inviting nobody can resist. Float down the rapids of Little Suncook in a kayak, and the Broken Boulder Smith Pond                  Trail offers hiking at its best. If you're dropping by Mud Pond from Laconia, you won't be the only one. If you need a location to stay Fairfield Inn & Suites Hooksett is a nice choice, and wonderful water scenery is available at Pleasant Lake Dam close to Mud Pond. There's great hiking along the Campground Trail; there are other places here than Mud Pond, for example Dow Pond. This place, Mud Pond, it definitely has so much outdoors cool stuff.
