Trail. Near Mud Pond you find the Wapack Trail which is a good hiking trail, and you'll perhaps meet some folks from Manchester-Nashua here. If only every place had this much outdoors exciting stuff, what a great planet it would
be. Mud Pond is pleasant enough to spend more than a day at, Seven Maples Campground is a pleasant local campground; going for a hike on the Mitchell Hill Road is always a pleasant adventure. Man, is there a heap of cool stuff to
do close to Mud Pond. A golf course near Mud Pond is Monadnock Country Club, and Mill Race Dam is an attention-grabbing thing to check out. This lake is so wonderful. A stunning lake like Powder Mill Pond close to Mud Pond is a fine location to have a look at, and a wonderful vista of charming Gould Hill is available.
