The beauty of Mud Pond is reason enough to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. A pleasant place for whitewater paddling in close proximity to Mud Pond is Wild Ammonoosuc River; an afternoon playing golf at Sunset Hill Golf Course is always a pleasure. There's so much to do here at Mud Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Littleton-lisbon Koa Kampground is a nice site for that, and Sunset Hill House is a good site to get some rest. | | months here at Mud Pond, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Mud Pond drop into the 0's. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this site. The Reel Brook Trail is a pleasant hiking trail in the vicinity of Mud Pond, and a quick journey to Black Brook is absolutely a good | |

idea. Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! The White Mountains rocks! While you're here at Mud Pond you can take a hike along the Jericho Road Trail, and charming scenery and great skiing is what you obtain at Cannon Mountain.
You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Loon Mountain if you're here, and if you came to camp Littton/Lisbon KOA is a perfect site to do that. An average amount of rain falls at Mud Pond; the wettest month of the
year is generally August, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Best Western White Mountain Resort. Mud Pond is a beautiful lake in the
White Mountains. Now, you may feel that's a load but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here in the White Mountains. In case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Gale River; if the weather is pleasant, you can go for a hike along the Beech Hill Trail.
