Mud Pond is a nice lake to visit. In case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Wild Ammonoosuc River, and there is a fine hiking trail close by called the Glencliff Trail. And if you're still looking for more outdoors amusing stuff just keep reading. If you came to camp Moose Hillock Campground is a tremendous site to do that; Baker River is a tremendous whitewater spot nearby. This lake is located in the wonderful

| | White Mountains. During the summer months at Mud Pond highs are regularly in the 80's while night lows are frequently in the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Mud Pond are in the 0's. If you need a spot to stay Sunset Hill House is a tremendous choice, and do go to Jeffers Brook if you're here at Mud Pond. This lake is so wonderful. a brilliant hiking trail nearby. A day on the slopes of Cannon Mountain is just what you need. This lake is so wonderful. Ammonoosuc Inn is a great location to get some rest. There's so much to do here at Mud Pond that you need
to camp here for a while, Scenic View Campground is a wonderful place for that. The amount of rainfall that falls at Mud Pond is close to the national average; through August this area sees the most rain, and February on the other hand is the driest.
