In case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Wild Ammonoosuc River, and there is a fine hiking trail close by called the Glencliff Trail. And if you're still looking for more outdoors amusing stuff just keep reading. If you came to camp Moose Hillock Campground is a tremendous site to do that; Baker River is a tremendous whitewater spot nearby. This lake is located in the wonderful       White Mountains. During the summer months at Mud Pond highs are regularly in the 80's while night lows are frequently in the 50's. High temperatures throughout the winter are normally in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Mud Pond are in the 0's. If you need a spot to stay Sunset Hill House is a tremendous choice, and do go to Jeffers Brook if you're here at Mud Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Moosilauke Carriage Road is always                  a delightful adventure, and at Mud Pond you can spot Chokecherry Hill. All the outdoors entertaining things in the White Mountains will keep you coming back again and again. You're possibly keen on lakes, Baker Floodwater Reservoir Site is one of those nearby, and if you like skiing, you're in luck; Loon Mountain is quite near.
