Mud Pond is a nice lake to visit. Mud Pond gets a typical amount of rainfall; the month with most of the rain is August, and February is when it's the driest. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Cannon Mountain, and The Basin is a tremendous location to check out. There's great hiking along the Cascade Brook Trail; there are other sites here than Mud Pond, for example Profile Lake. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun things in the White Mountains. | | hotel is Franconia Notch Motel; on a wonderful day you can explore Bog Eddy, a swamp near Mud Pond. And that's not all there is to do here in the White Mountains. Lakes are such peaceful sites, why not visit Echo Lake near Mud Pond, and a cool spot to stop at is Indian Head. Don't stop me now, cause I'm havin' a great time here at Mud Pond. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Basin Cascade Trail, and there are some great whitewater spots on Pemigewasset | |

River. Beacon Resort is a nice place to get some rest; Georgiana Falls is a splendid local attraction. This lake is so wonderful. Why not go to Shadow Lake Dam while you're here, and Campers World Campground is a good campground
nearby. So many fun things in the White Mountains, just tremendous. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Mud Pond; Mount Pemigewasset Trail is a fine local trail, and you obtain a great sight of Mount Pemigewasset from here.
Mud Pond is located in the White Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Mud Pond is a good place to visit for more than one day, Lafayette Campground is a good place to camp nearby, and the slopes of Loon
Mountain are so inviting nobody can resist. At Mud Pond through the summertime months highs are in the 70's, and throughout the night it cools down to the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the winter are in the 20's; night lows during
the wintertime for Mud Pond tend to be in the 0's. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun things at Mud Pond. Why not go to nearby Cascade Brook if you're here at Mud Pond, and if you come at the right time of year, Cascade Brook offers some delightful whitewater.
