Mud Pond is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Mud Pond is located in the White Mountains. Yeah, come up here to the White Mountains for a great time. Pemigewasset River has a perfect whitewater paddling spot nearby, and while you're here you can play some golf at Owl's Nest Golf Club. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Hubbard Brook Trail, and the skiing at Tenney Mountain is great.

All the outdoors fun things in the White Mountains will keep you coming back repeatedly. Take a hike on the Glover Brook Trail; Green Valley Motor Court is a delightful spot to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Woodstock KOA, and hey, Bagley Brook is a fine local stream. Not far from Mud Pond, you'll discover
Heath Pond which is a scenic lake, and in case you don’t have a problem getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Branch Brook. Any time is a nice time at Mud Pond if you like the outdoors.
This place is so good,
just look at all the entertaining stuff to do in the neighborhood of Mud Pond. Why not camp at Branch Brook Fourseason Campground since you're here at Mud Pond; a great nearby hotel is Shamrock Motel. Everybody nearby loves skiing
at Loon Mountain, and why not stop by Mirror Lake Dam since you're here. This lake is so wonderful. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Mud Pond; Peaked Hill Pond Trail is a great local trail, and a delightful vista of pretty Blake Mountain is available.
