In New Hampshire there are many beautiful lakes, Mud Pond is one of them. Not far from Mud Pond, you'll stumble on Campton Bog Pond which is a scenic lake; the top of Blake Mountain is easily made out from Mud Pond. Be careful coming to Mud Pond, you might not ever want to return home again. Go for a hike on the Hubbard Brook Trail, and a day on the slopes of Tenney Mountain is just what you need. golfers we recommend nearby Owl's Nest Golf Club. This lake is one of the great places here in the White Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Branch Brook Fourseason Campground is a good local campground, and Mirror Lake Dam is a
stunning site, absolutely worth taking a look at. This lake is so wonderful. Don't forget to take a brilliant little trip to Bagley Brook, and paddling on Branch Brook is so much fun. A typical amount of rainfall falls here at
Mud Pond; August is when you get the most rain here; the driest month is February. All year is a pleasant time in the White Mountains if you love the outdoors. Float down the rapids of Pemigewasset River in a kayak, and the skiing at Loon Mountain is delightful.
