a long day outdoors Birch Lane Motel & Cottages is a fine place to spend a night or two. Why not stop by close by Chandler Brook if you're here at Mountainview Lake, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Monadnock
Sunapee Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you want to hit the beach, State Park Beach is in the neighborhood, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Mount Sunapee if you're here. So much exciting stuff in
the vicinity of Mountainview Lake, truly mind-blowing. Dewey Beach is in the vicinity of Mountainview Lake if you're in a beach type of mood, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Wilmot Trail. Baisdell Hill is pretty
and can be made out from Mountainview Lake, and not far from Mountainview Lake you'll hit upon Lake Sunapee which is a delightful lake. A tremendous place to camp here at Mountainview Lake is Loon Lake Campground, and an interesting
thing to stop by near Mountainview Lake is Lake Sunapee Dam. Having a splendid time at Mountainview Lake is trouble-free. If the weather is fine here at Mountainview Lake, you can go for a hike along the West Ridge Trail; Mountainview Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Rand Pond Campground is a good local campground.
