Near Moses Pond you stumble on the Hang Glider Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail, and after a long day outdoors Hotel Coolidge is a perfect site to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Moses Pond is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Maple Leaf Motel and Campground is a splendid local campground, and the skiing at Whaleback is tremendous. | | River Junction is a tremendous place to get some rest. You just ought to love Moses Pond. A delightful location to camp here at Moses Pond is Kings and Queens Court; if you're here and you like golf, you can pop by Carter Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes are such calm sites, why not stop at Mud Pond in the vicinity of Moses Pond; whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend Bloods Brook. Just getting warmed up. On a pretty day you obtain a sight of Fernald Hill from Moses Pond, and you could always discover Cooney Hollow. On a good day at Moses Pond you can take a hike along the Futures Trail; a day on the slopes
of Ascutney is just what you need. Moses Pond is not far at all from Lebanon, and Bryant Brook is in the vicinity of Moses Pond and is always a joy to go to. Moses Pond gets a normal amount of annual rain; the wettest month of the
year is frequently August, that's the one that rains the most while February is commonly the driest month. Summer brings highs in the 70's to Moses Pond with night lows in the 50's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are
in the 20's, and nighttime lows in the-10's for Moses Pond. A delightful lake like Sky Ranch Pond close to Moses Pond is a good place to visit, and get your pulse rate up on the nice whitewater of Connecticut River.
