Camping at Loon Lake Campground is always a wonderful experience. And if that's not enough, there's a lot more to do in the vicinity of Morgan Pond. You get a splendid vista of Morgan Hill from Morgan Pond, and a fine place to camp here at Morgan Pond is Crescent Campsites. Kidder Brook flows through this region;       beaches are pleasant and Dewey Beach is no exception. This lake is so wonderful. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Mount Sunapee if you're here, and Croyden Brook is a great whitewater spot nearby. Gile Memorial Forest is a magnificent local forest, and you're probably into lakes, Kolelemook Lake is one of those close by. If only every site had this much outdoors cool stuff, what a great globe it would be. This lake is so wonderful. Near Morgan Pond you hit upon the West Ridge Trail which is a magnificent hiking trail; in case you don’t mind getting soaked, you can always go whitewater paddling on Warner River. A short visit to Arnold Spring is always worthwhile, and you can never get enough of the fine skiing at Whaleback. All through the summertime months, highs mostly are in the 80's at Morgan Pond. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. During the winter this place gets highs in the 20's with temperatures at Morgan Pond dipping down into the 0's through winter nights.
