Moose Pond is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. All the outdoors cool things close to Moose Pond will keep you coming back time and again. mostly August, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Dry warm beds await you at A Top Notch Inn, and you can never get enough of the glorious skiing at Sunday River.
This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Hastings Trail, and probably you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Judson Pond is just a very short distance away. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Moose Pond
with night lows in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime the highs are mostly in the 20's with temperatures at Moose Pond dipping down into the 0's during winter nights. This lake is one of the great places here in the White
Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water nearby, Connor Brook is a stream you can explore during your stay; going for a hike along the Highwater Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this region.
Why not camp at Wild River Campground while you're here at Moose Pond, and you can have a fine hiking adventure along the Scudder Trail.

Cedar Pond

There was also a dog named cedar that would visit all the camps in search of food.
