You'll beyond doubt wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff in the White Mountains. Isinglass Mountain is easy to spot from Mirror Lake; a perfect close by hotel is The Trumbull House Bed And Breakfast. So many exciting things in close proximity to       Mirror Lake, absolutely remarkable. Very delightful scenery and glorious skiing is what you get at Whaleback; a nice place for whitewater paddling is Fowler River. Mirror Lake is a beautiful lake in the White Mountains. A normal amount of rain falls here at Mirror Lake; most of the rain falls all through August while February is commonly the driest month. Not far from Mirror Lake, you'll hit upon Tewksbury Pond which is a beautiful lake, and if you need a site                  to stay Best Western Sunapee Lake Lodge is a great choice. That right there is a heap of exciting stuff already but it goes on, the White Mountains has it all. There are other spots here than Mirror Lake, for example Canaan Street Lake, and get your heart pumping on the magnificent whitewater of Baker River - South Branch. This lake is so wonderful. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Ragged Mountain since you're here, and unsurprisingly Orange Brook flows through this area. Baker River Campground is a great local campground; you can have a wonderful hiking adventure along the Clark Pond Loop. At Mirror Lake all through the long summer days highs are in the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's.
