Mirror Lake is a nice lake to visit. So much enjoyable stuff to do here at Mirror Lake, too tremendous to be true. Head up to Whaleback and strap some skis to your feet, and if you came for an overnight stay Crescent Campsites is a tremendous location to camp. The White Mountains scenery is always beautiful. High temperatures at Mirror Lake all through the warmest time of the year are in the 80's; all through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. Throughout

| | the winter the highs are commonly in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Mirror Lake.
Not enough hours in a day to enjoy the White Mountains. Going for a hike on the Clark Pond Loop is always a tremendous adventure, and get drenched paddling on Baker River - South Branch. Near Mirror Lake you come across the Mowglis Trail which is a brilliant hiking trail, and dry warm beds await you at Appalachian Mountain Club. This lake is so wonderful. Camping | |

at Mirror Lake is splendid fun, Baker River Campground is a splendid local campground, and float down the rapids of Fowler River in a kayak.
But wait, there's more amusing stuff to do in the White Mountains. The top of Isinglass
Mountain is easily seen from Mirror Lake, and don't forget to take a wonderful little trip to Orange Brook. This lake is so wonderful. The snow is delightful at Ragged Mountain. Shaker Hill Bed & Breakfast is a fine spot to get some
rest, and the West Ridge Trail is a fine hiking trail nearby.
From a rainfall point of view Mirror Lake is a relatively common location; during August this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is February.
