A good nearby hotel is E.F. Lane Hotel; Crotched Mountain is a very popular ski area close by. Yeah, come here to Millen Lake for a wonderful time. Stay the night at Rand Pond Campground. So many cool things to do here at Millen Lake, too splendid to be true. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Contoocook River       - North Branch; Copeland Hill is stunning and can be distinguished from here. Millen Lake is a good site of common rainfall; the month with most of the rain is August while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. This lake is so wonderful. You're probably hooked on lakes, Millen Lake is one of those nearby, and you can go for a hike on the Monadnock Sunapee Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Pumpelly Trail,                  and Millen Lake is a tremendous site to visit for more than one day, Idle Times Campground is a tremendous site to camp nearby. There's some flowing water close by, Barney Brook is a stream you can stop at during your stay. Lakes are wonderful; Barden Pond is a lake that's near Millen Lake. There's whitewater on Ashuelot River for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and there's always Millen Lake Dam to visit close to Millen Lake. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Millen Lake; Farmers Trail is a great local trail, and if you need a location to stay Best Western Sunapee Lake Lodge is a great choice. For the period of the warm months at Millen Lake temperatures are regularly in the 70's while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 50's.
