Many people like to go to McKiels Pond. There's just no way anybody can get bored here at McKiels Pond. Don't leave McKiels Pond without first going for a hike along the Passaconaway Trail; if you came to camp A Better Life Cabins and Campground is a splendid spot to do that. Very striking scenery and great skiing is what you get at Wildcat, and McKiels Pond is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Jigger Johnson Campground 1 is a perfect local campground.

| | So much entertaining stuff to do here in the White Mountains, too perfect to be true. There are good places to look at along the Bear Mountain Ski Trail, and the top of Cave Mountain is easily seen from McKiels Pond.
After a long day outdoors Attitash Mountain Village Resort is a good place to spend a night or two, and if you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Swift River. All year is a splendid time | |

in the White Mountains if you go for the outdoors. Saco River is a brilliant whitewater spot next to McKiels Pond; there's splendid hiking along the Reservoir Trail. High temperatures at McKiels Pond throughout the long summer days
are in the 50's while night lows are mostly in the 40's. During the wintertime the highs are generally in the 10's; after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at McKiels Pond dip into the-10's.
McKiels Pond
generally gets much rainfall; through August this area sees the most rain, and January on the other hand is the driest. McKiels Pond is a beautiful lake in the White Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Attitash Grand Summit Hotel
and Conference Center is a delightful place to get some rest; what would winter be without some skiing at Attitash Bear Peak.
This lake is so wonderful. Albany Brook flows through this area.
