Marsh Pond is a lake worth visiting. For the duration of the days of summer highs here at Marsh Pond reach the 80's. Summer nighttime lows dip down to the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Marsh Pond. After a long day outdoors Red Roof Inn Loudon is a wonderful spot to spend a night or two; why not head up to Gunstock and strap some skis to your feet. This lake is so wonderful. The best way to

| | spend a winter day is on the slopes of close by McIntyre, and Loudon Country Club is a nice golf course close by. Marsh Pond is not far at all from Laconia; you can have a perfect hiking adventure along the Onemile Trail. If only every place had this much outdoors exciting stuff, what a great globe it would be. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Little Suncook, and Lynxfield Pond is a nearby lake that you could check | |

out. There are some magnificent whitewater spots on Suncook River. There's so much to do here at Marsh Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Circle 9 Ranch Campground is a magnificent place for that. Dry warm beds await
you at Best Western Concord Inn & Suites, and Sanders Brook is one of the streams close by that might be worth taking a look at. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Marsh Pond has to offer,
you can camp at Lazy River Family Campground, and while you're here you can take a hike along the Catamount Trail. If the weather is great here at Marsh Pond, you can go for a hike along the Broken Boulder Smith Pond Trail. Marsh
Pond gets a typical amount of annual rain; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and the driest of the months is February.
