A visit to Marsh Pond is always a good idea. Lynxfield Pond is a nearby lake that you could check out, and Suncook River has a fine whitewater paddling spot nearby. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is great here at Marsh Pond, you can go for a hike along the Broken Boulder Smith Pond Trail; for you golfers we recommend close by Loudon Country Club. All through the warmest time of the year here at Marsh Pond, high temperatures generally reach the 80's,

skiing at Gunstock. Best Western Concord Inn & Suites is a great place to get some rest, and going for a hike along the Catamount Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity.
The slopes of McIntyre are so inviting
nobody can resist; Circle 9 Ranch Campground is a nice local campground. You're sure to encounter some wonderful folks from Laconia here, and unsurprisingly Sanders Brook flows through this region. The yearly rain here at Marsh Pond
is about average; November is when you get the most rain here; the driest month is February.
This lake is so wonderful. If you need a site to stay Red Roof Inn Loudon is a splendid choice; hiking along the Onemile Trail is good fun.
