A great deal of precipitation falls at Marsh Pond; November is the month that gets the most rain, and January is when it's the driest. If you want a great time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Marsh Pond. Be careful coming to Marsh Pond, you might not ever want       to return back home again. If you want to hit the beach, Alton Town Beach is in the neighborhood, and the slopes of Abenaki are so inviting noone can resist. Some close by water includes Coffin Brook; a lake nearby is Merrymeeting Lake. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Wolfeboro Inn is a great site to spend a night or two, and Jones Pond is a nearby lake that you could visit. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Green Tops                  Campground, and you can have a good hiking adventure along the Campground Trail. If you need a spot to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites ROCHESTER is a magnificent choice, and Marsh Pond is not far at all from Laconia. The warmest time of the year at Marsh Pond comes with high temperatures in the 70's, and the overnight is a bit chillier of course, usually in the 50's. For the period of the winter this place gets highs in the 20's with temperatures at Marsh Pond dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights.
