If you are traveling by, why not stop by Mack Pond. This lake is one of the great places here in the White Mountains. Yep, outdoors fun stuff truly is plentiful here in the White Mountains. There's great hiking along the Weetamoo Trail; after a long day outdoors Stonehurst Manor is a magnificent location to spend a night or two. The slopes of Cranmore Mountain are so inviting nobody can resist.

| | a magnificent site to get some rest, and if you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Swift River. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Mack Pond; Piper Trail is a delightful local trail, and swing by Deer River it's a perfect spot to visit. Mack Pond ordinarily gets a good deal of rainfall; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain; September is the month with the least moisture.

temperatures at Mack Pond during the warm days of summer are in the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures descend down into the 50's. For the period of the winter the highs are usually in the 20's with temperatures at
Mack Pond dipping down into the 0's all through winter nights. You'll discover a picturesque lake called Blue Pond near Mack Pond, and at Mack Pond you can see Crothers Hill. If you go for the outdoors, you'll adore Mack Pond. Good
hiking is available along the White Ledge Trail, and a cool spot to explore is Madison Boulder.
There's no way anyone can get bored here in the White Mountains. There's so much to do here at Mack Pond that you need to camp here
for a while, Wabanaki Campgrounds is a brilliant spot for that; everybody nearby loves skiing at King Pine. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is brilliant on Lovell River, and you can stay the night at Eastern Slope Camping Area.
