Yeah, come here to Lower Shields Pond for a magnificent time. So many amusing things to do here at Lower Shields Pond, too brilliant to be true. Shields Brook is a nice location to pop by, and on a delightful day you can take a hike along the Campground Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Golf can be played at Hoodkroft Country Club, and a beautiful lake like Scobie Pond is a good location       to pop by. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at McIntyre if you're here; if you need a place to stay Sleep Inn Londonderry is a brilliant choice. Skiing at Bradford is one of those things you just ought to do, and there are some magnificent whitewater spots on Merrimack River. Camping is available at Calef Lake Camping Area, and if you're here you can take a hike along the Broken Boulder Smith Pond Trail. A common amount of rain falls                  here at Lower Shields Pond; most of the rain falls during November; January is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Hidden Valley RV And Golf Park is a nice site to camp; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Concord River. At Lower Shields Pond during the summertime months highs are in the 80's while night lows are regularly in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's with temperatures at Lower Shields Pond dipping down into the 0's through winter nights.
