A golf course next to Lovewell Pond is Overlook Golf Club, and hey, Joint Grass Brook is a magnificent local stream. McIntyre is a very popular ski area in the vicinity, and at Lovewell Pond you always meet someone from Manchester-Nashua. But wait, there's more to do near Lovewell Pond. One of the overriding traits of the surroundings of Lovewell Pond is Blanchard       Hill, and dry warm beds await you at Blakesly. There are other spots here than Lovewell Pond, for example Hawk Pond, and Lovewell Pond is a perfect place to camp, Tynsborough Campground is a perfect place. Head up to Wachusett Mountain and strap some skis to your feet, and in the event that you don't mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Concord River. There is a great hiking trail right next door to Lovewell Pond called the Old Country                  Road. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Lovewell Pond has to offer, you can camp at Tyngsboro Campground. This lake is so wonderful. The Mitchell Hill Road is a pleasant hiking trail in the vicinity of Lovewell Pond, and if you need a spot to stay Chalet Susse Motor Lodge is a great choice. Merrimack River is a nice whitewater spot near Lovewell Pond, and a swamp like Hauk Swamp near Lovewell Pond has lots of attention-grabbing things to see.
