And that's not all you can do here at Littleton Reservoir. So many entertaining things in the White Mountains, just astonishing. Dry warm beds await you at Northern Star Inn, and you'll meet a lot of people from Berlin here. Gale River Campground       is a pleasant local campground, and Littleton Reservoir is a glorious site to visit for more than one day, Apple Hill Campground is a glorious site to camp nearby. If you need a location to stay Mountain View Grand Resort is a magnificent choice, and Loon Mountain is a very popular ski area close at hand. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors entertaining stuff the area in the neighborhood of Littleton Reservoir has to offer. Maplewood Country Club & Hotel                  is a pleasant golf course nearby, and needless to say, this is a perfect vicinity for folks who like lakes, Bethlehem Reservoir is a lake in the neighborhood. High temperatures at Littleton Reservoir through the warm months are in the 70's, and the nighttime is a bit chillier of course, regularly in the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are typically in the 20's with temperatures at Littleton Reservoir dipping down into the-10's through winter nights. In case you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Ammonoosuc River, and you can go for a hike on the Gale River Trail. This lake is one of the great places here in the White Mountains. This lake is so wonderful. Hit the slopes at Cannon Mountain around here; Ammonoosuc River has a great whitewater paddling spot close by. And that's not all there is to do here in the White Mountains. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Littleton Reservoir; Gale River Trail is a fine local trail; there's some flowing water close by, Burnt Brook is a stream you can explore during your stay. This lake is so wonderful.
