At Little River Reservoir you can see Brush Hill, and picturesque scenery and nice skiing is what you acquire at McIntyre. Dry warm beds await you at Loudon Red Roof Inn; why not take a refreshing hike along the Broken Boulder Smith Pond Trail. There are other sites here than Little River Reservoir, for example Round Pond, and why not a little side spree to Burnham Brook. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Little River Reservoir with overnight lows in the 50's.

This is no location for
people who don’t like to have fun. Camping at Epsom Valley Campground is always a splendid experience, and Little Suncook has a brilliant whitewater paddling spot close by. If you adore the outdoors, you'll have a thing about Little
River Reservoir. Marsh Pond is a glorious lake near Little River Reservoir. The amount of rainfall that falls at Little River Reservoir is close to the national average; the month with most of the rain is November, and February on
the other hand is the driest.
This lake is so wonderful. The Catamount Trail offers hiking at its best, and the smiling folks of Laconia like to hang out close by.

Sun River Campground
 | Have been here a couple of times and its the best! We go with a group and get all the sites near the river/stream (perhaps the river/stream is Sun River)and its wonderful!!! No need to worry about the kids and/or dogs bothering anyone and they can just play in the water, fish, look for frogs, float on their tubes, etc. Everyone is very friendly and helpful, and the facilities are clean!!! We've stayed here a number of years and I couldn't ask for more from a camp ground . . . you're camping but still have all the conveniences right at hand! The spot we get near the water is by far the best! Country store is close and, for those who are interested, I can even use my cell phone (only if necessary, of course)without getting cut off! Thumbs up to Sun River Camp Ground!!! ... |

I ski there almost every day of the winter. Ive been snowboarding there for 8 years. They acualy have 6 trails with over 20 acres of riding, and 2 rope tows. They have a 1000,and a 150 ft rope tow. They have a small asortment of freestyle terain and snowmaking.
