If you are traveling by, why not stop by Little Lake. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at King Pine while you're here. Little Lake is located in the White Mountains. Little Lake is a wet place that gets lots of rainfall; November is the wettest month with most rain, and September is the month with the least moisture.
Yep, outdoors cool stuff truly is bountiful here in the White Mountains. Near Little Lake you hit upon the Weetamoo Trail

| | which is a great hiking trail, and float down the rapids of Wonalancet in a kayak. At Little Lake through the summer months highs are in the 80's while night lows are commonly in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 20's with winter lows in the 0's overnight here at Little Lake. Page Hill can be seen from Little Lake, and Chocorua Lake is a nearby lake that you could go to.

Village Best-holiday Trav-l-park is a great spot, and if you need a spot to stay Lazy Dog Inn is a great choice. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Bearcamp River offers some great whitewater; picturesque
scenery and perfect skiing is what you get at Attitash Bear Peak.
This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Hammond Trail is always a glorious adventure, and Stony Brook is near Little Lake and is always a delight to
stop at. Chocorua River Dam is not far at all from Little Lake; Tamworth Inn is a splendid location to get some rest.
