Yeah, come here to Lily Pond for a good time. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Monadnock Sunapee Trail; Angus Lea Golf Course is a great golf course close by. This lake is so wonderful. If you came for an overnight stay Seven Maples Campground is a magnificent site to camp, and Campers Beach is rather close by if you're in a       beach type of mood. This lake is so wonderful. Get your heart pumping on the wonderful whitewater of Contoocook River - North Branch; while you're here, you could also have a look at pretty Steels Pond. Have a great hiking adventure along the Parker Trail, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Crotched Mountain if you're here. A normal amount of rain falls here at Lily Pond; the wettest month of the year is usually November, that's the one                  that rains the most while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Take a hike on the Wapack Trail; you can never get enough of the good skiing at Pats Peak. A brilliant nearby hotel is The Henniker Motel, and a good site for whitewater paddling is Contoocook River. At Lily Pond through the warm days of summer highs are in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. Highs through the winter are frequently in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Lily Pond are in the 10's. So many entertaining things to do here at Lily Pond, too magnificent to be true. Do check out Gregg Lake close to Lily Pond, it's a gorgeous lake, and if you want to hit the beach, Picnickers Beach is in close proximity.
