The Waterville Cutoff Trail is a great hiking trail near Lily Pond, and whitewater paddling is great on Sawyer River. If you don’t have a problem getting dripping wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Swift River. This lake is so wonderful. Everybody nearby loves skiing at Bretton Woods, and Pass Campground is a glorious campground here. During the summer months highs here at Lily Pond reach the 70's       with night lows in the 50's. During the wintertime the highs are typically in the 20's, and through the dark hours in the winter at Lily Pond temperatures sink to the 0's. So many entertaining things to do here in the White Mountains, too splendid to be true. If you're here at Lily Pond, you could stop by Meadow Brook, and you can stay the night at Passaconaway Campground. Now, you may imagine that's a load but there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Lily                  Pond. Waterville Valley is a perfect local ski area; dry warm beds await you at W V Condo Rentals. This lake is so wonderful. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Waterville Valley Golf Course is close by, and a magnificent place to check out nearby is Livermore Pass. A normal amount of precipitation falls here at Lily Pond; of all the months in a year August is the one with the most rain while February is frequently the driest month. Man, is there a load of cool stuff to do in the White Mountains. Going for a hike on the Swift River Trail is always a nice adventure; the panorama of striking Mount Kancamagus is brilliant. Lily Pond is located in the White Mountains.
