Why not stop by Lily Pond if you're passing through these parts. Lily Pond is one of the lakes here in the White Mountains. Everybody close by loves skiing at Abenaki; going for a hike on the Rattlesnake Trail is always a great adventure. And if that's not enough, there's plenty more to do in the vicinity of Lily Pond. | | Mountain National Forest is a great place to do that. Having a great time in the White Mountains is easy. Don't leave Lily Pond without first going for a hike along the Ridge Trail, and Gilford Bowl is a good site here at Lily Pond. This lake is so wonderful. the rain is November, and the driest month of the year is February. If only every site had this much outdoors entertaining stuff, what a great earth it would be. Beaches are great; and Gilford Beach in the neighborhood of Lily Pond
is no exception; you can go for a hike on the Butterworth Trail. During your visit to Lily Pond you'll meet some people from Laconia for sure, and Paugus Bay is around here and always brilliant to stop by. For the period of the
warm months here at Lily Pond, high temperatures generally get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 20's with temperatures at Lily Pond dipping down into
the 0's throughout winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay The Summit Resort is a brilliant choice, and if you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling
on Winnipesaukee River. You just can't picture the amount of outdoors fun things the White Mountains has to offer. A quick journey to Black Brook in the neighborhood of Lily Pond is a brilliant idea; whitewater paddling is splendid
on Cold Brook. Whohoo, so much fun stuff in one place! The White Mountains is so good! Dry warm beds await you at The Margate Resort; playing golf is lots of fun at Pheasant Ridge Country Club.
