A great location for whitewater paddling in the vicinity of Lees Pond is Cold Brook, and Lees Pond is a good spot to visit for more than one day, Pine Woods Campground is a good spot to camp nearby. The White Mountains scenery is always beautiful. There's no way anybody can get bored here in the White Mountains. In the event that you don’t have a problem getting soaked,       you can always go whitewater paddling on Bearcamp River, and there's pleasant hiking along the Mount Katherine Trail. So many entertaining things to do in the White Mountains, not enough time. The slopes of Waterville Valley are so inviting nobody can resist, and time spent at Center Harbor                  Town Beach is always tremendous.
