What a nice lake Kusumpe Pond is. All year is a great time in the White Mountains if you love the outdoors. Eagle Cliff is an out of the ordinary spot to go to while at Kusumpe Pond; do schedule some time to stop at Bear Cove if you have a chance. If the weather is wonderful, you get a pleasant panorama of Peaked Hill from Kusumpe Pond, and camping is available at Provident winnipesaukee Campground. If you need a spot to stay Rodeway Inn Moultonborough is a nice choice; delightful hiking is available along the Butterworth Trail.
